Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a seasoned Systems Analyst-Consultant to support the Pharmacy Care Management Platform. The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert across technology products/platforms and contribute within an agile environment.

Ideal applicants will bring health care knowledge, strong SQL skills, and extensive experience in Agile, DevSecOps, and related tools, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-moving setting.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Requires at least 7 years of directly related professional experience and deep technical abilities in one or more primary products, programs or technologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and technical counterparts.
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Requires Health Care knowledge and experience, Preferred Pharmacy knowledge and experience.
• Requires database understanding and expert level SQL querying skillset.
• Requires understanding and experience in Agile methodology, Product Model, DevSecOps and Agile tools.
