Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPHT - Certified Pharmacy Technician certification required.
• GA State Board of Pharmacy registration upon hire.
• Minimum 1 year experience in pharmacy, including high-risk areas.
• Strong typing, advanced Excel, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: stock formulary and non-formulary items, check dates and recalls.
• Process orders, manage shortages, coordinate annual inventory.
• Support pharmacy purchasing; liaise with directors and staff.
• Handle billing paperwork and interdepartmental accounting tasks.
• Assist pharmacists and other technicians to ensure timely medication delivery.
• Contribute to budget preparation and monitor revenues/expenses.
