Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire National Pharmacy Technician Board Certification; SC Board of Pharmacy Certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Ensure items are received, labeled, and located correctly on shelves.
• Contact wholesaler for shorts, overages, and mispicks.
• Reorder shorts and unavailable items; process special orders.
• Fill prescriptions that are special ordered or owed to patients.
• Record daily totals and file invoices on site.
• Maintain refrigerator logs and check expiration dates.
• Perform cycle counts and 340b pharmacy audit reports.
