Required are a Virginia Pharmacy Tech license and a CPhT, plus at least two years of pharmacy experience. The base hourly pay ranges from $28.33 to $41.08, with possible shift differentials and bonuses.

• 2 years of pharmacy experience (Required)
• Pharmacy inventory experience (Preferred)
• Virginia Pharmacy Tech License (Required); CPhT License (NHA/PTCB) (Required)

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates advanced technical skills and ownership of the work area.
• Ability to competently work independently.
• Assumes local and/or system responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Participates in the training of new employees.
• Provides peer coaching and constructive feedback to other colleagues.
• Fills and delivers medications under supervision of a licensed pharmacist/independent practitioner.
• Ensures adequate supplies and medications are available for patient care.
