• High School Diploma or Equivalent Certification/Licensure (Required) Virginia Pharmacy Tech License (Required)

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock for continuous patient care
• Fill and deliver medications under licensed supervision
• Triaged questions outside technician scope and escalate appropriately
• Operate pharmacy equipment and ensure quality assurance per regulations
• Train and support new staff and provide peer coaching
