Job summary

HealthTrust Supply Chain is seeking a Pharmaceutical Handler in Nashville, TN to oversee shipping/receiving and ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of pharmacy products. The role leads daily operations, coordinates WMS tasks, and ensures deadlines are met while adhering to policies.

Responsibilities include packing, staging, cycle counts, and coordinating inventory accuracy. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with technician certification and forklift/WMS experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technician certification preferred within 2 years of hire.
• Experience operating a forklift and motorized pallet jack preferred.
• Performing basic mathematical calculations and balancing figures required.
• 1 year Distribution Clerk experience required.
• SMART and WMS experience preferred.
• Valid State Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and staging of facility orders.
• Coordinate and run daily WMS operations.
• Process, pick, pack, and stage all customer orders when needed.
• Check in weekly order and supervise the put away process.
• Oversee let-down process to ensure sufficient quantities in pick locations.
• Advise inventory analyst of out-of-stock or short-dated items and rotate stock.
• Maintain distribution pull list files.
• Conduct routine cycle counts upon request.
• Perform physical inventory counts during semi-annual inventory.
