Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a detail-oriented associate to manage store and pharmacy inventory, including receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram compliance. Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and SOPs for the store.
• Support pharmacy inventory management activities including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Review and coordinate use of reports and systems affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Open/close store as leader on duty, including cash handling and POS tasks.
• Coach team on inventory processes including orders and vendor handling.
• Ensure on-shelf availability end-to-end and planogram compliance.
• Verify pharmacy shipments postings and report shortages or damaged products.
• Register sales on POS as leader on duty and handle returns/refunds.
