Job summary

CVS Health in Raleigh, NC invites a US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate to complete US internship hours and pursue pharmacist licensure. Under a preceptor, you will follow a learning plan to develop clinical skills and leadership while supporting pharmacy operations.

You will gain hands-on experience in immunizations, patient care, and SOP adherence, with pathways to full pharmacist responsibilities upon licensure and successful exams.

Qualifications

• FPGEC certification required prior to US internship.
• Pharmacist licensure in the state where the position is based within 120 days of internship completion.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure operations run smoothly and prescriptions are filled safely.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and by phone; support immunizations and other services.
• Follow SOPs, maintain safety and privacy; participate in training and coaching of staff.
• Take telephonic prescriptions when allowed and relay to prescriber for changes as needed.
• Travel to stores in the market as needed to support business objectives.
