Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Intern to support the pharmacist and pharmacy team in delivering patient care and exceptional service. You will assist with processing prescriptions, entering information into pharmacy systems, and learning regulatory requirements under supervision.

Under the pharmacist's guidance, you will participate in patient counseling and health services, while developing knowledge of Walgreens policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a school of Pharmacy program.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist and team with dispensing and patient information.
• Provide excellent customer experience and answer questions.
• Learn and practice pharmacy policies and procedures under supervision.
• Support inventory management and cashier duties as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Pharmacy Department.
