Walgreens in New Jersey is seeking a Pharmacy Intern to support the pharmacist and pharmacy team in delivering patient care and accurate prescriptions. You will learn to use pharmacy systems to retrieve patient information, review orders, and process prescriptions under supervision.

You will engage customers, provide friendly service, assist with medication counseling within state guidelines, help with inventory, and participate in training to expand knowledge of pharmacy operations.

Formación

• Enrolled in a School of Pharmacy program.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Assist pharmacist under supervision and follow state/federal regulations.
• Process prescriptions and use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information.
• Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive patient experience.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory and assist with duties as assigned.
