Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Model and share customer service best practices with team to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Develop strong relationships with customers.
• Learn from store and pharmacy teams and leadership.
• Assist in the practice of pharmacy under supervision, including entering, third party processing, filling, and dispensing prescriptions.
• Support pharmacists in patient care activities within state scope of practice, including counseling and health services.
• Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and follow policies on dispensing quality.
