Qualifications

• Current student enrolled in an accredited school of pharmacy program with the ability to administer vaccinations.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekend hours.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Pharmacy Intern license in Good Standing with state board of pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Learn to provide the best patient experience through assisting the pharmacist and pharmacy team members in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Assist in the practice of pharmacy under supervision, including patient counseling and health services such as immunizations and MTM.
• Use dispensing software to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Register sales at POS, assist customers to OTC, and handle cash as required.
• Support inventory management: ordering, counting, and storing pharmaceuticals.
