Qualifications

• Must successfully complete first professional year of pharmacy study.
• Preferable to have been a pharmacy teammate for minimum of 6 months.
• State licensed pharmacy intern permit where applicable.
• 1 year previous experience in a community pharmacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• All duties performed under direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Assist pharmacist with prescription preparation and inventory management.
• Counsel patients and handle prescription intake by phone from prescribers.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality.
• Immunization counseling and documentation under state law guidance.
