Stfrancis in the United States is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide pharmacy consulting on medication usage, immunizations, and preventive care. You will ensure accurate dispensing, therapy reviews, and compliance with regulations while engaging customers to deliver a superior experience.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the pharmacy manager on workflow, staff development, and community outreach, with a focus on immunizations and diabetes awareness.

Competenze

• Willingness to obtain Pharm D degree from an accredited institution.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 90 days of hire.
• Willingness to become certified as an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Provide pharmacy consulting on medication usage, drug interactions, and preventive care such as immunizations.
• Ensure proper compounding, dispensation, review, and verification of prescribed medications per regulations.
• Engage customers, greet, assist, resolve issues, and promote services.
• Support workflow optimization and staff coordination with the pharmacy manager.
• Counsel patients on medicine usage, side effects, and drug interactions; refer to providers as needed.
• Perform pharmacy tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Maintain compliance with Good Faith Dispensing and controlled substances laws.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with insurers/providers.
• Deliver retail, clinical, and wellness services including immunizations.
• Assist in analyzing performance data, inventory, and asset protection.
