Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree from an accredited educational institution prior to the start date in position.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure from the respective Board of Pharmacy in the states within the district within 90 days of hire per district guidelines.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on usage, side effects, interactions, and general medication information.
• Performs dispensing tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies and standards; assists with pharmacy workflow and shift duties.
• Maintains knowledge of pharmacy systems (e.g., Intercom Plus, StoreNET) and proposes enhancements to improve productivity.
