• Ensures proper workflow, assigns roles, coordinates activities, and supports pharmacy manager in procedures.
• Open and close the pharmacy and manage shift changes.
• Maintains pharmacy systems knowledge to provide support and proposes enhancements.
• Assists with insurance claims processing and follows up with providers.
