Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join our CVS Pharmacy team in Winchester, VA. Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will support patient care, safety, and efficient workflow while developing professional skills in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will participate in patient services, immunization support as regulations permit, and continuous learning opportunities within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• 0-3 years relevant work experience
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe

Responsibilities

• Lead with heart and display empathy for patients and colleagues
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional care
• Support patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance
• Assist with inventory and workflow management under supervision
