Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join the pharmacy team, under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, delivering patient‑centered care and ensuring a safe, compliant work environment.

You will contribute to patient safety, regulatory adherence, and quality assurance while supporting customer service and team workflows. Strong communication skills and active enrollment in ACPE‑accredited pharmacy programs are required.

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• 0-3 years relevant work experience.
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining intern licensure as required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Support patient safety and quality of care as part of the pharmacy team.
• Assist in regulatory compliance and pharmacy workflows.
• Provide excellent customer service and counseling.
• Assist with inventory management and workflow optimization.
