Job summary

CVS Health in Georgia is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams at our retail locations. You will assist with prescription fulfillment, patient counseling under pharmacist supervision, and immunization services while preparing for greater responsibilities.

This part-time internship requires adherence to SOPs, strong patient safety focus, and collaboration with pharmacists and technicians.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to support pharmacists and technicians in patient health.
• Respect pharmacy workflow procedures for safe prescription fulfillment.
• Counsel patients and answer questions under supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Assist with immunizations and other services when allowed by state regulation.
• Support inventory tasks and cycle counts as directed by leadership.
