Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern for our retail locations. You will apply classroom learning to real-world pharmacy practice under a preceptor, gaining exposure to store operations, patient care, and cross-functional teamwork.

You will assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and with empathy, while learning SOPs and regulatory requirements. This is a part-time internship with immunization and counseling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist with immunizations, counseling, and patient interactions under pharmacist supervision.
• Follow SOPs and maintain compliance with laws and patient privacy.
