Responsibilities

• Engage customers and patients, greet them, assist with products and services, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist the pharmacist and pharmacy team with entering, third party processing, filling and dispensing prescriptions under supervision.
• Support inventory management and maintain a neat, stocked Pharmacy Department.
• Complete required training and stay current with pharmacy policies and customer service best practices.
