Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds.
• Counsel patients and provide drug information.
• Perform medication history interviews and education.
• Assist in vaccination administration where appropriate.
• Prepare extemporaneous compounds and verify orders.
• Develop and communicate therapeutic plans with the care team.
• Review medication orders for dose, duration and interactions.
• Teach and precept IPPE students.
