Qualifications

• Eligible to work as a pharmacy intern in the state of Ohio.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Prior internship experience in retail/hospital/pharmacy settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with treatment teams.
• Assist in medication history collection, counseling and discharge education.
• Process orders, verify dosing and assist with vaccine preparation and administration.
• Support pharmacokinetic monitoring and drug information needs.
