The ideal candidate is actively enrolled in a US PharmD program and holds a current state Pharmacy Intern license, with a strong focus on accuracy, service, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a US school of pharmacy.
• Hold a current state issued Pharmacy Intern license.

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome and valued by answering questions about products and prescriptions.
• Gain knowledge of pharmaceutical products and discuss these with customers and prescribers.
• Provide drug counseling to customers.
• Assist with over the counter medications recommendations.
• Input patient and prescription information into the pharmacy computer system.
• Dispense the correct medication.
• Contact prescribers’ offices for authorization.
