Job summary

CVS Health offers a structured program for US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduates to complete internship hours and pursue pharmacist licensure. Under a preceptor, you will follow a learning plan to deepen your knowledge and prepare for pharmacist roles, while contributing to accurate prescription fulfillment in our pharmacy teams.

You will develop professional skills, SOP proficiency, and leadership abilities across shifts, while providing caring service and compliant patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy prior to beginning US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program at CVS.
• FPGEC certification is required to progress in the program.
• Pharmacist licensure in the relevant state must be obtained within 120 days of completing intern hours.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Operate in compliance with SOPs to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service and engage with patients at pickup, drive-thru, and phone.
• Counsel patients and obtain necessary medical history to support optimal care.
• Assist with immunizations and other services as trained and certified.
• Maintain inventory and collaborate with leadership to support pharmacy operations.
