Responsibilities

• Maintain customer-focused atmosphere in person and by phone.
• Assist with third-party prescription information and rejected claims.
• Initiate renewal requests to prescribers by law.
• Understand inventory control procedures for controlled substances.
• Receive information on prescriptions from customers per law.
• Check customer identity and pickup details for accuracy.
• Relay communications within the department to maintain workflow.
• Apply training to daily practice.
