Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Help pharmacists prepare prescriptions with accurate data entry, counting, pouring, and labeling.
• Ensure customers receive all prescriptions in a timely manner.
• Maintain pharmacy records as required by law.
• Assist customers in locating over-the-counter items.
• Follow attendance and PTO policies.
• Understand and adhere to state and federal laws and regulations.
• Assist pharmacist in maintaining pharmacy inventory and ordering supplies.
• Receive prescriptions and verify customer information.
• Maintain a neat and well-organized department.
• Maintain and assist with ordering pharmacy supplies (bottles, bags, labels, etc.).
• Observe and adhere to all company policies and standards.
