Job summary

CVS Health in Madison, WI offers a Graduate Pharmacy Intern program that transitions didactic learning into real-world practice under a dedicated preceptor. You'll complete a 120-day training roadmap designed to prepare you for a Pharmacist role, while supporting store operations, patient care, and safety.

As you gain tenure, you will take on greater responsibilities in pharmacy operations, including immunizations and additional patient services where allowed by law, within a collaborative team

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before starting the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Demonstrate communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues.
• Maintain patient safety and accuracy in prescription labeling and fulfillment.
• Support immunizations and other services where allowed by state law.
