Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Pharm D before start date.

• Certified Immunizer or willingness to become one within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medication use, side effects, interactions, and safety.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and company policies; opens/closes pharmacy shifts.
• Maintains knowledge of pharmacy systems and proposes enhancements.
• Reviews insurance claims and assists with third-party audits.
