The Kroger Co. operates King Soopers in Colorado, offering pharmacy internship opportunities. As a Pharmacy Intern, you will assist pharmacists, counsel customers, and help process prescriptions and insurance claims in a fast-paced store pharmacy environment.

Your role supports patient safety and compliance while gaining hands-on experience in a community pharmacy setting within Kroger’s extensive family of companies.

Formación

• Actively enrolled in a US school of pharmacy.
• Hold a current state issued Pharmacy Intern license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide drug counseling to customers.
• Assist with over the counter medications recommendations.
• Input patient and prescription information into the pharmacy computer system.
• Dispense the correct medication and contact prescribers’ offices for authorization.
• Process third party insurance information for customers.
