Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on usage, side effects, interactions and generics to ensure proper use.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management as workload permits.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies and Good Faith Dispensing.
• Maintains pharmacy systems and processes, supports insurance claim resolution and prevents denials.
• Participates in immunizations and preventive health services to promote patient care.
• Assists with opening/closing the pharmacy and shift turnover; supports management in operations.
