Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within the district within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions and refills.
• Performs pharmacy tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management.
• Ensures pharmacy operates in accordance with regulations, policies and standards.
