Job summary

CVS Health Corporation invites applications for a Graduate Pharmacy Intern role. You will apply your pharmacy education within real-world store operations, under a licensed pharmacist, completing a 120‑day training roadmap and supporting patient safety and accurate prescription fulfillment.

You will learn to counsel patients, assist with immunizations when allowed, and develop practice standards while contributing to a high‑performing team across the market.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a US-accredited program.
• Ability to obtain required Pharmacist licensure within the state, per guidelines.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern and/or technician licensure.
• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Attend to pharmacy operations under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Support medication dispensing to ensure accuracy and safety for patients.
• Assist with immunizations and other patient care services where allowed by law.
• Counsel patients and respond to medical questions when appropriate.
• Maintain SOPs, proper documentation, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Participate in inventory, cycle counts, and store-level pharmacy workflows.

PharmD graduate (US accredited)

Pharmacist licensure in progress/obtainable

Intern and/or technician licensure in process
