Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning to real-world practice under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. You will complete a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days, focusing on safe dispensing, patient care, and compliance with SOPs across store operations.

As you progress, you will take on greater accountability in managing workflows, supporting immunizations, and providing patient-centered service in a team environment within CVS Health stores.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Support pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
• Assist with patient counseling, immunizations, and other pharmacy services as allowed by state regulations.
