CVS Health Corporation is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern for an on-site, part-time role in Lewisville, TX. You will apply pharmacy school knowledge under a preceptor, supporting prescription processing, patient care, and team operations.

You will learn through a structured training roadmap, gain experience across store operations, and contribute to safe, accurate dispensing while delivering compassionate service to patients.

Competenze

• Accepted into ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Customer service and team orientation are essential.
• Strong communication and mathematical reasoning abilities.

Mansioni

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
• Counsel patients, answer medical questions, and relay information under supervision.
• Handle telephonic prescriptions and clarify with prescribers as allowed by state regulation.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care services where permitted by law and training.
• Complete basic inventory tasks (cycle counts, returns-to-stocks) as directed by leadership.
• Follow SOPs, protect patient privacy, and contribute to a safe, inclusive culture.
