Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Attica, IN is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Intern to support our pharmacy team. You will apply classroom knowledge to real-world practice under a licensed pharmacist's supervision, focusing on safe dispensing, patient care, and efficient service.

As a 3rd-year intern, you’ll follow SOPs, participate in training roadmaps, assist with vaccinations where allowed, and gain exposure to store, district, and regional operations, while developing credentials for a future

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining valid intern/technician licensure as required by state law.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic and caring patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Counsel patients and answer medical questions under supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Complete required training and participate in immunization activities where allowed by state law.
