Qualificações

• Enrollment in an accredited College of Pharmacy Program meeting education requirements to qualify for an Intern License in the State of Ohio.
• Current State Board of Pharmacy Intern License (PH/INT) before hire.
• Foreign Graduate Pharmacy Intern License may qualify for international candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Review and assess medication orders to identify and resolve drug-related issues.
• Provide drug information and education to medical staff and patients.
• Compound and prepare medications for delivery to patient care areas.
• Communicate with physicians and other clinicians to facilitate care.
• Assist with medication therapy management and specialty medication services as needed.
