Job summary

CVS Health seeks a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to translate classroom learning into real‑world practice under a licensed pharmacist preceptor. You will follow a comprehensive training roadmap, gaining exposure to store, district and regional operations while developing practical skills.

You will support pharmacy teams to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment, engage with patients empathetically, and assist with immunizations and related services as allowed by state regulations.

Qualifications

• ACPE‑accredited pharmacy program enrollment or acceptance is required.
• Must possess or be pursuing valid intern/technician licensure as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely, accurately, and promptly.
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient privacy and safety in all interactions.
• Provide counseling and information to patients; assist with vaccines and point‑of‑care testing where allowed.

Education

ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy

Valid intern and/or technician licensure
