Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to join our pharmacy team in a part-time role. You will apply didactic learning to real-world practice under a preceptor, completing a 120‑day training roadmap focused on store, district, and regional operations.

You will help ensure safe and accurate prescriptions, deliver empathetic patient care, and learn SOPs while preparing for increased responsibilities and licensure as a pharmacist.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning the post-graduate training.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the designated timeframe.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern/technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance including nights and weekends.
• Assist in pharmacy operations to ensure safe, accurate prescriptions and patient service.
• Counsel patients with empathy and provide high‑quality customer service.
• Follow SOPs, participate in inventory activities, and support team training.
• Support immunization services and other patient health activities where allowed.
