Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice and prepare for a Pharmacist role within CVS stores. Under the supervision of a preceptor and District Leader, you will complete a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days of graduation, deepening your knowledge of store operations, patient safety, and professional standards.

During the program you will help ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment, learn to follow SOPs, and demonstrate

Qualifications

PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before starting the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe per state guidelines.
Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

Attend comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days of graduation.
Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely, accurately, and promptly.
Learn SOPs, patient safety practices, and effective communication with patients and colleagues.
Support immunization services and other CVS health care offerings where allowed by law.
