Job summary

CVS Health in Iowa seeks a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to translate classroom learning into real‑world practice under a pharmacist preceptor. You will follow a structured training roadmap across operations to prepare for a Pharmacist role.

You will support pharmacy workflows, assist patients with prescriptions, immunizations where allowed, and learn regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately
• Support immunizations and other patient services where allowed, under supervision
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive team environment and follow SOPs
