Job summary

CVS Health is offering a US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program within our pharmacy team, bridging didactic learning with hands-on patient care. Trainees complete internship hours and prepare for licensure under a licensed pharmacist.

Successful candidates will support routine pharmacy operations, engage with patients, and travel to market stores as needed, while upholding SOPs and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Foreign graduate from a non-US accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• FPGEC certification is required.
• Pharmacist licensure in the state within 120 days after internship.
• Possess or be pursuing intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Counsel patients and maintain patient privacy; provide immunizations and other services as certified.
• Support telephonic and in-person patient communications; escalate as needed.
• Maintain inventory and cycle counts; follow SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to improve patient care and business outcomes.
