Job summary

CVS Health invites Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduates to join a structured internship program designed to complete US licensure requirements and build practical pharmacist experience in a retail setting. Under licensed supervision you will develop core clinical and operations skills while supporting patient care.

You will work in a fast-paced CVS Health environment focused on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and service excellence as you progress toward licensure within 18 months and pass

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PharmD or equivalent Pharmacist degree from a Non-US accredited school.
• Active Pharmacy Intern license in state where district is located.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store and at the drive-thru with courtesy and professionalism.
• Assist pharmacy and front store customers with questions and concerns.
• Process prescriptions including translation of SIG codes, counting and labeling.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with HIPAA, state and federal laws, and CVS SOPs.
• Support the pharmacy team with inventory management and workflow optimization.
• Lead by example to promote a caring, collaborative store culture.
• Counsel customers under supervision to ensure safe, effective medication use.
