Job summary

CVS Health invites Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduates to join a structured internship and training program, designed to prepare you for pharmacist licensure in the United States. Under direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will gain hands-on experience across patient care, regulatory compliance, and pharmacy operations in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Pharmacist licensure in the state within 120 days of completing US Intern hours.
• Doctorate (PharmD) or equivalent Pharmacist degree from a Non-US accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist pharmacy/front-store customers with questions.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and comply with CVS SOPs and licensing timelines.
• Process prescriptions, translate SIG codes, manage inventory, and support regulatory requirements.
• Counsel customers under supervision of a licensed pharmacist and answer medical questions as appropriate.
• Lead and develop Pharmacy Support Staff and participate in store operational meetings.
