Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Pharmacy program.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Models and shares customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive experience, including greeting, eye contact, courtesy, etc.
• Develops strong relationships with customers.
• Learn from store and pharmacy team members, leadership, and customers/patients.
• Assist in the practice of pharmacy under supervision of the pharmacist in accordance with policies.
• Enter, process, and dispense prescriptions per procedures.
• Assist pharmacists in patient care within state scope of practice including counseling.
• Report prescription errors to pharmacist on duty and follow Quality Improvement Program.
