Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join our pharmacy team, working under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure a safe and effective Retail Pharmacy environment that delivers exceptional patient care.

The role includes responsibilities such as patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, inventory and workflow management, and supporting a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy
• 0–3 years relevant work experience
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern/licensure as required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Complete all required training within state guidelines and timeframe
• Regular and predictable attendance including nights and weekends
• Mobility and ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift, scan, and bag items
• Dexterity with fingers for precision tasks
• Reach overhead to grasp items
• Extend limbs to place/move items
• Visual acuity for reading and screen work
