Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join the pharmacy team. Under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will help create a safe, supportive retail pharmacy environment and deliver exceptional patient care.

You will assist with patient safety, professional practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, inventory, and workflow management. Strong communication and flexibility are essential for success in a dynamic health-care setting.

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• 0–3 years relevant work experience.
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe.
• Ability to: regular attendance including nights and weekends, mobility, lifting up to 20 lbs, dexterity, reach, fine motor control, and visual acuity.
