Job summary

The University of Rochester is seeking a Pharmacy Intern to support dispensing under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. This role requires a valid NYS intern permit and completion of the first professional year of study in an ACPE-accredited program or an equivalent path recognized by the NYS Board of Pharmacy.

• Manages medication stock levels and uses automated dispensing systems.
• Ensures compliance with pharmacy policies, procedures and regulations.
• Contributes to medication safety and quality assurance initiatives.
