Essentia Health’s Retail Pharmacy location is seeking a Pharmacy Intern to assist with clinical duties, prescription filling, unit-dose preparation, and non-sterile compounding under a Pharmacist supervision. The role supports inventory management in a fast-paced retail setting.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in an ACPE-accredited Pharmacy program and be eligible for state intern licensure (ND/MN). Some departments allow BCLS completion within 3 months.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in an ACPE accredited Pharmacy program.
• Eligible for Pharmacy Intern licensure in ND/MN, or WI (depending on department).
• BCLS certification within 3 months where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Performs various clinical duties, fills prescriptions, prepares unit dose medications, and aids in inventory management under the supervision of a Pharmacist.
• Prepares non-sterile compounds to 795 standards.
• Supports clinical workflow in a retail pharmacy setting.
