Job summary

McKesson Pharmacy Systems is seeking a Pharmacy Interface Certification Engineer to support and certify integrations across our EnterpriseRx platform and partner ecosystem. In this customer-facing role, you'll onboard, test, troubleshoot, and deploy healthcare technology integrations.

You will lead certification projects from onboarding through production, document processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve integration workflows and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in systems integration, interface certification, implementation, API support, or a related technical field.
• Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and integration testing tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead interface certification projects from onboarding through production deployment.
• Test, validate, and troubleshoot APIs, interfaces, and healthcare data transactions.
• Communicate technical requirements, project updates, and implementation plans to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Create and maintain documentation to support certifications, implementations, and ongoing support activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve integration processes and customer outcomes.
